Scroll Call encourages us to indulge in a culturally conditioned pastime while documenting the process (screen record/screenshot/forwarding/posting).

First, document 15-minutes of scrolling footage using screen capture. Next, upload the footage to an editing software of your choice (can be digital or analog). Then, collapse (or stretch) the resulting scroll footage to create a digital video (maximum running time 59 seconds). Finally, upload the results HERE
